1 to 1 sessions

Each session is tailor made for our clients needs and is made up of therapies such as Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, IEMT and TFT.

The fee for a standard session (including consultation)- £90.

This session will last around 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours. During your first session we will discuss your issue, establish your goals and identify unconcious blockages with the use of a range of techniques. You will then have some tools to deal with negative thoughts, emotions or experiences that may come up between then and the next session.

All sessions after your first will be monitoring your progress and working through any inner resistance you are having to change.

For simple habits/phobias one session is usually needed. For deeper rooted long standing issues such as anxiety/addictions/weight loss/depression/insomnia a course is recommended.

Hypnotherapy has shown to be 93% effective after 6 sessions compared to 38% effective after 600 psychoanalysis sessions (this is because we work at theta brain wave activity) so packages are suggested for full benefits. We find many of our clients see results after 3 sessions which is why we offer blocks of three sessions that provides a discount.

The fee for a block of 3 sessions (including a consultation)- £250

If you feel you have a lot to cover and there are a few different issues we recommend a block of 6 sessions (including a consultation) – £485

 Done Smoking Programme

The fee for The Done Smoking Programme- £300

The Done Smoking programme includes an initial 2 hour session and two free follow ups within 6 months (if needed – rarely not). A deposit will be taken of £100 to secure the booking and then instructions sent before the first session to begin the course. These include questions and tasks to do prior to our session so please leave at least a week before the appointment. 

OldPain2Go Package

The fee for OldPain2Go- £250

The package is made up of 1-3 sessions depending on whether you are still experiencing some pain after the first session. Sessions do not have a set time and can last from 1 hour onwards

 A deposit of 50% of the price is required to secure your booking and £50 if you have had an appointment previously. If you have chosen to pay the deposit or the price in full to secure a booking, this will be done via bank transfer. You can also pay the other half of the cost when you are with us on the day of your appointment via iZettle.

For any changes or cancellations please give three working days notice. Refunds can not be given for missed appointments or when courses have been purchased. Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your session you may not be seen.

Online sessions

Sessions can effectively take place via Skype/Zoom meaning sessions can be conducted anywhere if you have a good internet connection and headphones.

The fee for a standard session online(including a consultation) – £60.

This session is structured the same as a face to face session and will last around 1.5 hours.

All online sessions must be paid in full via bank transfer to secure a booking.

​In the rare instance that we don’t make progress online then we have in the past invited clients into the office free of charge. Many however, find they are much more comfortable working from home and go into the hypnotic state very easily.
